Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I am applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack as a student at The Open University of Japan, but I am encountering issues and my application cannot proceed.

Here are the problems I am facing:

"This field is required" error: When I try to proceed or capture my student ID using the camera, an error stating "this field is required" keeps appearing, preventing me from submitting.

Document rejection: Previously, my verification was rejected with reasons like "The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name" or mismatching name/language issues, even though I am submitting my official student ID.

Could you please advise me on how to successfully submit my application and resolve the required field error?
