Both Student and Faculty benefits verified, but GitHub Team upgrade option is missing

Hi everyone,

I currently have both Student and Faculty benefits verified and active on the same GitHub account.

Both verification records show "Verified (benefits available)" in my GitHub Education settings.

However, I cannot find the option to upgrade my academic organization to GitHub Team for free using my Faculty benefits.

My GitHub Education dashboard only shows:

Learn new skills
Find opportunities
Get connected

I also tried accessing the teacher dashboard directly, but it redirects me to the learning dashboard.

I have a few questions:

1. Is it officially supported to have both Student and Faculty benefits active on the same account?
2. Could having both benefits cause the Faculty-specific organization upgrade option to disappear?
3. Is there another way to redeem the free GitHub Team organization upgrade using my verified Faculty status?

I would appreciate any guidance.
