GitHub’s servers are under too much strain—why not promote the use of act? It doesn’t have to be the original act; one could even build a custom version.
Besides, Microsoft is well-positioned to do this: after all, act relies on Docker, and Docker depends on WSL or Hyper-V—and who developed WSL and Hyper-V? Microsoft did!
