Hello GitHub Community,

I'm looking for guidance regarding my suspended GitHub account. It's been about a week, and despite contacting GitHub Support multiple times, I haven't received a clear update on my situation.

My latest support ticket is #4892177, and this is my fourth attempt to get assistance. I understand that reviews can take time, but I'd really appreciate some clarification or guidance on how to proceed.

My main concern is my open-source project, Neoarch. The suspension has disrupted access to the original repository and affected users who rely on it to install and update the project. I'm doing my best to keep Neoarch available through a temporary repository, but I also hope to recover access to my original account and project history.

I would simply appreciate advice on the appropriate way to follow up and get my case reviewed.

If anyone from GitHub Support can help direct me to the right channel, I'd be very grateful.
