What changed in this PR
Updates the Spring Cloud Azure compatibility-test matrix and records the new version combinations in the timeline.
Changes:
- Adds Spring Boot 4.1.2 and 4.0.9, both paired with Spring Cloud 2025.1.4, as supported test combinations.
- Marks the previous combinations as end-of-life.
- Documents the update in the November 5, 2026 timeline entry.
