What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Moves the Node.js Nova 2 Sonic provider documentation into a dedicated guide covering setup, supported model identifiers, conversation traces, token counts, speech timing, and configuration. Links to it from the Amazon Bedrock automatic-instrumentation documentation.
Follow-up to #39643 and DataDog/dd-trace-js#10821.

Prepared with Codex and checked against the SDK implementation and recorded-conversation tests.
For Datadog employees:
/reviewto request the documentation checks.Additional notes
Keep this draft until the corresponding Nova SDK functionality is available in a published release and its minimum tracer version is confirmed. The optional named text counts are supplied by DataDog/dd-trace-js#10821.
Validation: the new guide has no Vale findings. Existing warnings on the automatic-instrumentation page are on unchanged lines. Diff whitespace checks pass. A full local Hugo build was unavailable because the runtime and site dependencies are not installed.
