常時ロードの L1 ルール 5 本に 2 周目を当て、常時ロード面の内側にある写し、位置づけの説明、参照が消えて残す理由の無くなった根拠の文を外した。挙動は変えていない。
Li+ ソースを書く場面の 3 節（Body States Behavior / Application-moment sentence / Source File Format）は、書いている最中に効く規律として常時ロードに残した。skill の新設・追記は無く、description の常時ロード分は増えていない。
