Make some assistants available via a browser plugin #42

Once we have separated the assistant functionalities from their UI (#41) and implemented a headless mode (#32), we can offer a browser plugin. Among other things, this browser plugin should provide spelling and grammar checking, as well as the rewrite assistant on the web. This way, these assistants can help me when working on the web.
