mongo adapter: support multiple collections per db #5

Currently only one collection per db is supported. In order to give access to the same user on multiple collections, different dbs must be configured and perspectives and accounts must be copied.

Support multiple collections per db just like the browser plugin, which supports multiple object stores in an IndexedDB database.
