wordBased()overloads taking aFormatStyle, so periods and durations can be formatted with abbreviated units. Fixes #386.Where the words come from
All values are taken from CLDR 48.2.1:

<fields>section, but the correct source to use is<units>—unitLength[@type="short"|"narrow"]/unit[@type="duration-*"]/unitPattern. Separators come from<listPatterns>.Bundles are provided for all 20 languages that already have word-based resources, plus English.

I have also included
src/main/python/gen-wordbased-resources.py, the tool that generated the bundles —--langfetches a language from the CLDR JSON distribution and writes all four styles, to help make adding a language or moving to a newer CLDR release easy. Happy to drop it from this PR if you would rather it not live here.Note on Japanese
The new Japanese bundles follow CLDR's list separators (
