Signing/signing.yml and Signing/macos-signing.yml at these tags add the agent's IP to the signing Key Vault (devopsprodsigningwekv) firewall around the signing step and remove it afterwards (Key Vault access 1.2.8, AzurePipelinesTemplates#2537). Older tags have no such step, so signing fails once the vault firewall is closed. The new parameters all have defaults; no caller change is needed.

Evidence

  • Before: the pinned Signing/*.yml has no Key Vault access step; the agent must already be allowed through the vault firewall.
  • After: key-vault-access.yml runs before Sign files (adds the agent's address) and after it (removes it). This PR's own CI run of the signing pipeline is the check for this repo.

Door: two-way

Revert the ref to roll back.

Blast Radius: signing

Only the pipelines listed above. Their signing steps gain a Key Vault firewall toggle before and after signing.

…signing.2.4.1

The 2.1.1 / 2.4.1 signing templates open the signing Key Vault firewall
for the agent around signing (Key Vault access 1.2.8). Older tags fail
once the vault firewall is on.
