[js code hints] code hint for function with non ascii chars only show partial function name. #3940
Description
- copy /past following in brackets:
frenchçProp();
function frenchçProp(){};
function 測是fun(){}
測是fun();
2.put cursor after function call(, so frenchçProp(<cursor>, 測是fun(<cursor>
->when code hint shows up for the function, it is çProp(, 是fun(), which is incorrect.
Expect: full function name.

The call to cm.getTokenAt(cursor) returns a token where token.string is incorrect for non-ascii characters.

@jodyzhang, I can't repro this issue any more. Perhaps it has been fixed in Tern. FBNC back to you to test.
