I'm a bit late to review this PR but I would recommend you to use a separate repository instead of, e. g. Apache/iggy-dotnet |

Hi, we discussed this on our mailing list and we have reached conclusion that it would be better to move to monorepo, rather than maintain separate repositories for each of our sdks/tools. |

This PR migrates C# SDK from the original repo to the main Iggy repository.
