Report missing board pinouts, schematics and instructions, without blocking - #11037

Conversation
armbian.github.io now carries board pinouts, schematics and instructions. A new board PR does not say when they are absent. The check reports them under "Optional items" and keeps passing. Only a missing board image or vendor logo still fails the check. A PR that lacks only optional assets gets a comment headed "Optional board assets", so it does not read as a failure. A later push can change the result. The comment stayed at the first one: the step skipped when any matching comment existed. Now the step updates the comment, and deletes it when nothing is missing. It runs whenever the PR adds a board, not only on a finding. A hidden marker identifies our comment. Matching the heading alone also matched other bots, which quote it when they review this workflow. A delete needs the validation to have succeeded. A crashed step writes no outputs, and must not look like an all-clear. Signed-off-by: Igor Pecovnik <igor@armbian.com>

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winCheck optional assets before skipping a board with no vendor.
If a new board lacks
BOARD_VENDOR, Line 151 continues before this loop runs. The comment reports the required vendor error but omits that board’s missing pinout, schematic, and instructions. Move the optional checks before the vendor-dependent logo check so one comment reports all missing assets.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

A revision can remove the board config it added. The validation step is then skipped, the comment step did not run, and the old comment stayed. The comment step now runs after any successful scan. It deletes the comment when the PR adds no board any more. Signed-off-by: Igor Pecovnik <igor@armbian.com>
Description
armbian.github.io now carries board pinouts, schematics and instructions (armbian.github.io#507, #508). A new board PR does not say when they are absent.
Goal: a contributor sees what else the board page can carry.
Result: the check reports them under Optional items and keeps passing.
Board images and vendor logos stay mandatory. Only those still fail the check.
A PR that lacks only optional assets gets a comment headed "💡 Optional board assets", not the "🚫 Missing required board assets" one, so it does not read as a failure.
Example of the new section:
How Has This Been Tested?
The validate step was extracted and run against a mock website checkout, all three cases:
missing=false, optional=false, no commentoptional=true, only the two absent ones listedOne bug found and fixed while testing: the first version used
<<-for the asset list. That strips tabs, not the spaces a YAML block scalar leaves, so every lookup would have run againstwebsite/ board-pinoutsand reported all three as missing on every board. It now uses a herestring.Boards tested: none. Workflow only.
