Addresses #3108.

Adds a concise DemonRoute configuration example to the Stagehand v4 model documentation, following the existing model.generate callback API.

Changes

• Document the DemonRoute OpenAI-compatible API endpoint.
• Demonstrate API key configuration using DEMONROUTE_API_KEY.
• Leave model selection configurable by the user.
• Avoid promotional claims and unrelated changes.
