This PR adds an Azerbaijani (az) translation.

New file public/locales/az.json: 409 strings, all filled in.
src/i18n.ts: added az to supportedLngs.
src/components/dashboard/NavBar.tsx: added an Azerbaijani menu item to both language menus, next to the existing Hebrew entry.
public/locales/en.json, es.json, ja.json, zh.json, de.json, tr.json, ko.json, he.json: added an az entry to language_menu, translated into each file's own language, matching the pattern used when Korean and Hebrew were added.
