Adds the organization endpoints for managing which repositories can use the Copilot coding agent:
CopilotService.GetOrganizationCodingAgentPermissions-GET /orgs/{org}/copilot/coding-agent/permissionsCopilotService.SetOrganizationCodingAgentPermissions-PUT /orgs/{org}/copilot/coding-agent/permissionsCopilotService.SetOrganizationCodingAgentRepositories-PUT /orgs/{org}/copilot/coding-agent/permissions/repositoriesCopilotService.EnableOrganizationCodingAgentRepository-PUT /orgs/{org}/copilot/coding-agent/permissions/repositories/{repository_id}CopilotService.DisableOrganizationCodingAgentRepository-DELETE /orgs/{org}/copilot/coding-agent/permissions/repositories/{repository_id}The list endpoint was already there as
ListOrganizationCodingAgentRepositories.Used an AI assistant while writing this; I've reviewed and tested all of it.
