Unauthorized Payment of $100 (Billing and payments) #210665
🏷️ Discussion TypeQuestion BodyRecently I had an issue where I had been charged for $100 from Github despite the fact that I have not used Github or it's services for several months and have not signed up for their AI subscription. Both of my accounts show that I have no previous billing info which leads me to believe that it was made on a completely unrelated account. I have reached out to both my bank and Paypal. Paypal said because it was a service they could not determine the account that made the purchase. If other people have had similar experiences please feel free to let me know how to resolve the issue! Thank you and have a great day. |

Thankfully Support got to me after creating a ticket and contact your bank to cancel your card. |
