Translation of three doc-en changes: php/doc-en@0075c0fad0 (
file:URI filenames in the PDO_SQLITE DSN, with a caution and a changelog entry), php/doc-en#6040 (thegrapheme_strstrexample now callsgrapheme_strstr) and php/doc-en#5971 (PHP 8.5 default stream context forgzfile,gzopen,readgzfile, andflockongzopenpointers). EN-Revision updated.Fixed a few errors along the way: the
grapheme_strstrpurpose said case-insensitive, plus spelling and glossary fixes ingzfile,gzopen,flockand the PDO_SQLITE intro.Fixes: #1550
