This pull request adds the features.user_connections manifest property (is_enabled, auth_hosts) to AppManifest, so apps that opt into standardized app authentication can pass it to apps.manifest.create, update and validate, and apps.manifest.export keeps it instead of dropping it.

• AppManifest.UserConnections: isEnabled and authHosts on AppManifest.Features. Slack validates that both are present.
• apps.manifest.export sample: json-logs/samples/api/apps.manifest.export.json and SampleObjects include the field, so generated response types (node-slack-sdk's AppsManifestExportResponse) pick it up.
• Matches feat: support the user_connections manifest feature slack-cli#688, feat: add the user_connections feature to the app manifest types node-slack-sdk#2775 and feat: add the user_connections feature to the manifest schema manifest-schema#98.

With a configuration token, create an app whose manifest enables user connections, then export it:
