react-ts template in emberProject

Currently there isn't any template that can help you setup react project with typescript.

We were able to get React + TS working with node template + Vite. Although dependency resolutions there are a bit slow for a documentation site embeds.

Would be nice if we had react-ts template which took care of lock file and dependencies.
