HostScanner ignores termination signals during host scanning #1135

Scanning the host is currently a completely synchronous operation that does not check the state of the general application. This means that receiving a SIGTERM or SIGINT, which should normally terminate fact as a whole, during a host scan cycle will cause fact to linger until the scan is done. This is particularly serious when monitoring a large number of files that cause long scanning cycles.
